RS Denim Ltd is a vertically integrated denim fabrics manufacturing unit which will start operations early 2007. The unit will be housed under single roof covering a floor space of over 35,000 square metres. The building will be located in the new industrial zone of La Tour Koenig which is the new centre for vertically integrated textile units.

The plant has a rated capacity of 18 m metres of denim fabrics. The spinning is fully equipped to produce fancy yarns using the latest innovations from Schlafhorst and Zinser. The yarn preparation and dyeing equipment has a mix of slasher and rope technologies designed to produce unique colour combinations. The dyeing process will rely entirely on liquid indigo and sulphur supplies from Dystar. The finishing equipment provides for the various types of finishes expected in denim fabrics in the fashion world of to-day and tomorrow. Careful selection of raw materials has been done with quality and flexibility in mind.
